Abacus Insights March Event 2016

On Thursday 17th March 2016 we held our Spring Insights Event at 30 Euston Square, London. With a variety of fantastic topics which included an economic review for retailers by Capital Economics guru Mark Pragnell and a progress update on Abacus’s exciting new initiative to use online browser data to improve offline campaign performance.

We touched on measuring and managing weather’s influence on customer demand with Planalytic’s Tim Morris, found out what was going on with the new Data Protection regulation with Opt-4’s Rosemary Smith and David Cole provided advice on finding a route through the permission statement maze.

Madeleine talked about how they re-engaged more customers in 2015 using Abacus tagging variables, the IAB’s Clare O’Brien explained how online to offline is a business challenge and Elliott Clayton showcased how Conversant can target customers online in a similar way that you do with Abacus offline.
