Myakka’s plan to expand their reach and develop the customer database led to the decision to
launch the catalogue as it was recognised that the offline channel would be more targeted and
therefore better suited to a niche business such as theirs. Specifically, they set themselves the
target of increasing annual revenue by 300% within 3 years achieving a 10% margin, to be achieved organically and without borrowing any funds.
